MedscapeIndia- AMET is a non-profit charitable trust working relentlessly towards community welfare since 2006 and focused on bringing the entire healthcare community together for a social contribution. In order to celebrate the grit and contribution of visionaries – both individuals and organizations – who tirelessly work in medical healthcare to heal, renew and better the lives of thousands of Indians, MedscapeIndia has been awarding the annual MSI awards since 2012. The awards honor excellence, rewarding best practices and recognizing outstanding contribution to society in healthcare.

MedscapeIndia has worked for various awareness campaigns as “Save The Girl Child”, HIV, preventive medical camps, breast cancer, Doctors Handwriting, etc. And now is doing “Anokhee Pahal” which promotes the health, sanitation and well being of the underprivileged section of society

Watch third edition of the prestigious awards on life ok at 11 am sunday 28 th june , Dr. Sunita Dube, Radiologist, Philanthropist & Chairperson of Medscapeindia spoke to WorldNewsNetwork.co.in, she said “It’s a high time to bring revolution in health care community to achieve good health for every citizen of our country. In order to achieve this dream, we doctors, need to unite together and work like a single system to make India as an internaltional health care hub. MedscapeIndia is honored to take a bold step forward to fight against the social causes crippling our nation.”

The awards span across 16 categories in Healthcare reaching more than 100 Healthcare experts, National and International companies, NGOs, Consulates, Governments, Celebrities and Sports Personalities in attendance.

When asked Dr. Sunita Dube, the brain behind MedScapeIndia National Awards, the reason for staring and initiative like this, she replied “ There are people in Healthcare, that do amazing self-less work. These people go un-noticed and hence we at MedScapeIndia want to appreciate them. The awards is also a platform to bring people from all industries especially Healthcare closer and bring about a sense of belonging. “

Dr Sunita Dube also added that unlike other awards these awards are given by taking in nominations from the public, which later gets finalized by empanelled jury members who are specialists in their field of practice. “We choose our awardees purely on the betterment they have provided to the community” she added further

Director Divya Khosla Kumar said that “ being the part of this organization I support the campaign for Women Empowerment initiated by MedscapeIndia and appreciate the hard work carried out by the individuals associated with the organization.”

Each year MedScapeIndia has is annual MedScapeIndia National Healthcare Awards. The main goal of these awards is to recognize and honor excellence in Healthcare from India and Overseas, to encourage initiatives towards a healthier community and to create a global platform for healthcare experts across the globe.
